Chris Hoffman

Bio

Chris Hoffman is a masters student in the Nelson Institute's Environment and Resources Program. His research centers around how states make nuclear weapons proliferation decisions drawing from policy and political science research. He is also interested in how states develop their nuclear energy infrastructure and its future impact on climate change mitigation. His BA is in political science and environmental studies from UW-Madison.
