Owen Sellers

Bio

Owen Selles has a background in programming for GIS, remote sensing, and landscape ecology applications. He is contributing to the effort of non-proliferation by developing a python package (Cycsat) to produce a time series of synthetic satellite images of monitored nuclear fuel cycle facilities. Cycsat will be used to develop innovative anomaly detection techniques by integrating signals from many modalities. Owen is currently pursuing a M.S. University of Wisconsin–Madison [Double M.S. in Forestry and Environmental Studies] and has a B.A. in Geography from Calvin College
