Bio

John Rodriguez has served as the Project Manager for the CVT program since 2014. John holds a bachelors degree in Political Science from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA).  His professional background in contract and grant administration at UCLA and at Michigan State universities provide a strong foundation for navigating the administrative aspects of the CVT project.
