Treaty Verification: Characterizing Existing Gaps and Emerging Challenges

We will explore solutions to challenges to the verification of a Fissile Material Cutoff Treaty (FMCT) and fundamentally new verification approaches that are needed for future bilateral or multilateral arms-control treaties aimed at reductions that include tactical and non-deployed nuclear warheads.
