Bernadette Kafwimbi Cogswell

Bernadette Cogswell joined the Program on Science and Global Security at Princeton University as a Postdoctoral Research Associate in Fall 2014. Her work examines nuclear reactor and nuclear fuel cycle safeguards, including an assessment of the practicality of antineutrino monitoring as a safeguards tool and the technical challenges of antineutrino monitoring for nuclear arms control verification. She has a PhD in theoretical particle physics from Vanderbilt University, where her research focused on neutrino oscillation phenomenology.
