Alexis joined the DNNG in fall of 2011. Her research interests include international safeguards and nuclear forensics. She is currently working in collaboration with Los Alamos National Laboratory developing a nondestructive spent fuel assay system. She has been researching in the field of radiation detection since 2009 through work at UC Berkeley and internships at Argonne National Laboratory and Los Alamos. Alexis is a DoD/DHS Nuclear Forensics Graduate Fellow.
