Alexander Sutherland Dawson is an undergraduate at the University of Michigan pursuing a B.S. degree in Nuclear Engineering and Radiological Sciences. He is working on a variety of projects in the Radiological Health Engineering Laboratory with Professor Kearfott, including the practical usage of optically stimulated luminescent materials for novel homeland security applications. Alexander is also very active outside the classroom and lab being both the Vice-President/Treasurer of his fraternity and Philanthropy chair. His hobbies include golfing, football, music, and hanging out with friends.
