Yasin Yilmaz received the B.Sc., M.Sc., and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering from Middle East Technical University, Ankara, Turkey in 2008, Koc University, Istanbul, Turkey in 2010, and Columbia University, New York, NY in 2014, respectively. He is currently a postdoctoral research fellow in Prof. Alfred Hero’s group at University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. His research interests include sequential detection and estimation, event-based systems, cyber-physical systems, correlation mining, and anomaly detection.
